Hello dears, as many of you know the British top model Cara Delevingne created a range for the world-famous brand Donna Karan New York (DKNY). Yesterday her 15-piece collection was celebrated at the luxury department store Bloomingdale’s on third Avenue in Manhattan. When I arrived at the store I saw that somebody stood on the Bloomingdale’s sign. It was Cara wo held two signs in her hands: „#CaraD“ „4DKNY“ to promote her collection. The 22 years old is always good for a surprise.

After that the celebration continued on the third floor of the department store where you could see a huge poster of Cara and four other models wearing dresses designed by Cara. On the left and on the right site were monitors which showed the advertising spot for the range.

Cara who started working with DKNY as a model two years ago wore a grey blazer and pants with a crop top which belong to her fashion line. Moreover she created crop tops, hoodies, jumpsuits, a leather bomber jacket, a pantsuit, beanie hats with her name on it and several t-shirts with photos of her. My favorite piece is the jumpsuit because it looks sporty but combined to high heels it looks very elegant.

To make the event perfect a DJ played music and finger food was served. Cara is really a funny person. In between the photos interviews etc. she started dancing and singing.

Congratulations to the great collection. The pieces will be available on the 15th of October.

Hallo ihr Lieben, wie einige von euch bestimmt schon wissen, hat das britische Supermodel Cara Delevingne eine Kollektion für das weltweite bekannte Label Donna Karan kreiert. Gestern wurde diese Kollektion, bestehend aus 15 Kleidungsstücken, im Luxuskaufhaus Bloomingdale’s, auf der 3rd Avenue in Manhattan, gefeiert. Als ich bei Bloomingdale’s ankam, entdeckte ich, dass jemand bei strömendem Regen auf dem Vordach des Department Stores stand. Es war Cara, die zwei Schilder in der Hand hielt: „#Cara D“ „4DKNY„, um ihre neue Kollektion zu promoten. Das 22-jährige Supermodel ist halt immer für eine Überraschung gut. 😀

Weiter ging es dann im dritten Stock von Bloomingdale’s, wo ein großes Plakat mit Cara und vier weiteren Models aufgestellt war, die die neuen Teile der Kollektion tragen. Links und rechts waren Monitore aufgebaut, die dazugehörige Werbespot zeigten.

Zu der sportlichen Kollektion  gehören unter anderem ein grauer Blazer mit dazu passender Hose (siehe Caras Outfit), eine gelbe und eine schwarze Mütze mit ihrem Namen darauf, ein schwarz weißer Playsuit (siehe Plakat), ein Crop Top, eine schwarze Lederjacke und mehrere T-Shirts, auf denen man Cara sehen kann. Mein absolutes Lieblingsteil ist der Playsuit, da er sportlich aussieht, zu High Heels kombiniert, jedoch elegant wirkt.

Zur Feier des Tages legte ein DJ auf und Fingerfood wurde serviert. Cara ist wirklich eine lustige Person, die immer für gute Laune sorgt. Zwischendurch fing sie immer wieder an, zur Musik zu tanzen oder mitzusingen.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu der tollen Kollektion. Die Anziehsachen sind übrigens ab dem 15. Oktober erhältlich.
