English version: Hello lovelies, maybe you remember the dress that I made of newspaper. This dress is now featured by the Canadian costume designer Resa McConaghy on her „Art Gowns Blog“. I am really happy about it because I am a big fan of her work. She created the costumes for many movies and worked for the famous Canadian TV series Degrassi. At the moment she works with the legendary actress  Kim Cattrall on a new series.  We all know Kim Cattrall as Samantha from Sex and the City. That is so cool, Resa! I really can’t wait to see the series.

Resa is such an inspiring person. Beides her fantastic work as a costume designer she writes her Art Gowns Blog and her Graffiti Lux and Murals Blog. We share our passion for street art especially for graffiti (I wrote a term paper about graffiti and murals in school). Moreover we both love Toronto. On her blog you find the best graffiti and murals from Toronto and other places. Check it out.

Deutsche Version: Hallo ihr Lieben, einige von euch erinnern sich vielleicht an mein Kleid aus Zeitungspapier, das ich euch auf meinem Blog vorgestellt habe. Mein Kleid wurde nun von der Kanadischen Kostüm-Designerin Resa McConaghy auf ihrem Art Gowns Blog gefeatured. Ich freue mich riesig darüber, weil ich ein großer Fan ihrer Arbeit bin. Sie hat die Kostüme für zahlreiche Filme kreiert und zudem an der bekannten kanadischen TV Serie Degrassi mitgearbeitet (die im Moment in Deutschland im Nicknight Programm auf Nickelodeon  ausgestrahlt wird). Zur Zeit arbeitet sie an einer neuen TV Serie mit Kim Cattrall, die man als Samantha aus Sex and the City kennt. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf die Serie.

Resa ist eine sehr inspirierende Person. Neben ihrer unglaublichen Arbeit als Kostümbildnerin schreibt sie zudem ihren Art Gowns Blog und den Graffiti Lux and Murals Blog. Wir teilen unsere Leidenschaft für Streetart und sind beide fasziniert von Graffiti (ich habe damals meine Facharbeit über das Phänomen Graffiti geschrieben).
