English version: Hello lovelies, today I have a new outfit post for you. I bought this cozy vintage fake fur coat in a second hand shop in San Francisco and the skirt in my beloved Manhattan. Although I am back in Germany since a few months a part of me is still in New York City. I miss my walks through the Central Park, the window shopping on the 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue and just relaxing in the Brooklyn Bridge Park, but most of all I miss my friends that I came to know in NY and with whom I had a fantastic time.

I visited the New York Fashion Week during the last season as you know. I also got some invitations for F/W15 but sadly I didn’t have the chance to go to the shows because I am busy with my applications for the universities. During the fashion weeks it’s important to know a good shop for the french fashion sweets macarons.

If you are a ‚Macaron Junkie‘ like me and if you plan to visit NY you should definetly check out my favorite macaron shop called ‚Financier‚ in the beautiful Grand Central Station.  These macarons are fantastic and the people there are so nice. I especially miss my ‚macaron friends‘ Wali and Shaquasia from ‚Financier‚. They are so unbelievable friendly. 

Try my favorite macaron flavors raspberry and chocolate.

Deutsche Version: Hallo ihr Lieben, heute gibt es mal wieder einen Outfit-Post. Den kuscheligen Vintage-Fake-Fur-Mantel habe ich in einem tollen Second Hand Laden in San Francisco gekauft und den Rock habe ich in meinem geliebten New York gefunden. Auch, wenn ich jetzt seit einer Weile schon wieder zurück in Deutschland bin, bin ich irgendwie immer noch mental in New York. Ich vermisse meine Spaziergänge im Central Park, meine Schaufensterbummel auf der 5th Avenue und der Madison Avenue oder einfach das Relaxen im Brooklyn Bridge Park. Natürlich fehlen mir auch meine New Yorker Freunde, mit denen ich eine unglaublich tolle Zeit hatte.

Wir ihr wisst, habe ich in der letzten Saison die New York Fashion Week besucht. Auch diese Saison habe ich wieder Einladungen bekommen, die ich leider, leider nicht wahrnehmen konnte, da ich mich zurzeit mit meinen Portfolios beschäftige.

Falls ihr aber gerade plant, nach New York zu reisen und zufällig auch Macaron-Junkies seid wie ich, solltet ihr auf jeden Fall in meinem Lieblings-Macarons-Shop „Financier“ in der Grand Central Station vorbeischauen.  Nicht nur die Macarons sind ein Traum, sondern auch die Leute dort sind unglaublich nett. Nach ein paar Tagen haben sie mich schon freudig begrüßt und meinten, dass ich ihre „Lieblingskundin“ bin, weil ich immer so gut gelaunt den Laden betrat. Vor allem Wali und Shaquasia sind für mich richtige Freunde geworden.

Falls ihr es wirklich schafft, dort vorbeizuschauen, probiert unbedingt die Schoko- und Himbeermacarons.
