English version: Early in the mornings of August it’s often chilly and the nights get more and more cold. I really don’t want to  take out my coats or anything else that reminds me of Autumn or Winter. Summer all over the year would be perfect! Maybe that’s the reason why I bought this sky-blue coat. With it’s light blue color it arouses the feeling of summer. I am so in love with it. Maybe the color is bold but it really catches the eye. Although the summer will accompany me in the USA most of the time I will definitely take this coat with me. 

Incidentally: My journey starts on Monday! First stop: San Francisco ❤ I am so excited.

Deutsche Version: Morgens ist es in diesen Augusttagen oft noch recht frisch und die Abende werden auch schon kühler. Eigentlich will man sich ja noch gar nicht wieder an Jacken, Blazer und Mäntel gewöhnen. Alles, was auch nur annähernd herbstlich anmutet, versuche ich zu verdrängen. Ich würde am liebsten das ganze Jahr über Sommer haben. Vielleicht habe ich mir deswegen diesen Mantel ausgesucht. Mit seiner hellblauen Farbe kommt sofort Sommerfeeling auf. Also, ich habe mich in diesen Mantel verliebt. Das Himmelblau ist sicher ein wenig gewagt, es zieht viele Blicke auf sich. Auch wenn der Sommer mich während meiner USA-Reise noch länger begleiten wird als hier, kommt der Mantel auf jeden Fall mit.
Übrigens: Am Montag nächster Woche geht’s los! San Francisco ist die erste Station meiner Reise. Ich freue mich riesig und bin so gespannt.
